
Diet, health and exercise retreats:
You can either hold your own Maine retreat or use the lodge's structured program and resources to learn to eat healthy, lose weight and stay in shape.
- The on-site chef will show you how to prepare delicious, satisfying low-calorie meals quickly.
- Lodge staff will guide you through both indoor and outdoor exercises -- among them canoeing, paddle boating, biking, hiking, jogging, and swimming.
- On-site Yoga, martial arts, and massages are also available.
